BashoMap は、地図表示、検索、投稿、レビュー、アカウント機能を提供するために合理的に必要な範囲で情報を取得、保存、利用します。このページでは、現在の BashoMap の実装に基づく主な情報の取り扱いを説明します。

2. 取得・保存する情報

ブラウザまたは端末に保存される情報

• 匿名のクライアント識別子
• Favorites 情報
• 閲覧履歴（最大30件程度）
• 言語設定
• Cookie 同意設定
• ローカル旅程データ、検索履歴、最近見た国などの補助情報データ

アカウント機能のために保存される情報

• メールアドレス
• Firebase Authentication 上のユーザー ID（`uid`）
• 認証プロバイダ情報
• メール認証状態
• アカウント作成日時や最終ログイン日時などの最小限のプロフィール情報

注: パスワードそのものを BashoMap の Firestore に保存することはありません。パスワード管理は Firebase Authentication により処理されます。

機能利用時に送信される情報

• レビュー投稿: ニックネーム、コメント、評価、関連画像、時刻、関連スポット情報
• スポット投稿: 国名、座標、名称、説明、住所、URL、カテゴリ、関連識別子
• 修正提案: 提案種別、提案値、コメント、対象スポット情報
• 検索 API 利用: 検索語、カテゴリ、言語、国、必要時のみの位置情報
• サービス保護と運用のための技術ログ、匿名識別子、エラーログ

3. 利用目的

• 地図、検索、Favorites、旅程、投稿、レビュー機能を提供するため
• ユーザーアカウントを作成・管理し、ログイン状態を維持し、認証必須操作を保護するため
• 不正利用、スパム、詐欺の防止およびモデレーション・品質管理のため
• 最近見た国、Favorites、旅程、検索履歴などによる利便性向上のため
• エラー解析、性能改善、サービス運用のため

4. Cookie / ブラウザ保存領域

必須言語設定、Cookie 設定、ローカル Favorites、旅程など、BashoMap の基本機能に必要なブラウザ保存領域を利用します。

分析・広告分析または広告関連の Cookie は、同意がある場合にのみ利用します。分析タグは denied-by-default の consent mode で制御されます。

拒否時非必須カテゴリを拒否しても、地図表示、検索、Favorites、投稿などの主要機能は引き続き利用できます。

5. 外部サービス・インフラ

BashoMap は、サービス提供のために外部クラウドおよびインフラ提供者を利用します。現時点では主に以下が含まれます。

• Google Firebase Authentication
• Google Firebase Firestore
• Google Firebase Storage
• Cloud Functions
• Cloudflare Workers / CDN / R2

これらの提供者は、認証、データ保存、画像配信、API 中継、キャッシュ、技術ログ等の処理に関与する場合があります。

6. 第三者提供・国外移転に関する考え方

BashoMap は、法令に基づく場合を除き、本人の同意なく個人データを販売しません。

一方で、サービス提供のために外部クラウド基盤を利用しており、その過程で個人データまたは技術情報が、日本国外を含む提供者の管理するシステム上で処理または保存される場合があります。BashoMap は、サービスの性質に応じた合理的な安全管理措置を講じるよう努めます。

7. 保存期間と安全管理

取得した情報は、上記の目的達成に必要な期間、または法令上必要な期間保存します。不要となった情報は削除または識別性を下げるよう努めます。

アクセス制御、認証、ルール設定、運用監視などの合理的な安全管理措置を講じますが、インターネット上の送信やクラウド保存が 100% 安全であることを保証するものではありません。

8. あなたの選択

• Cookie 設定は画面上の Cookie settings から変更できます
• ローカル Favorites や旅程は、ブラウザ保存領域の削除により消去される場合があります
• アカウントを利用する場合、ログイン / ログアウトを行えます

9. 子どもの情報

BashoMap は、法令上特別な保護者同意が必要となる年齢層を主たる対象としていません。保護者の方が未成年者による不適切な個人情報提供に気づいた場合はご連絡ください。

10. ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、機能追加、法令改正、運用変更に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、このページ上で更新日を表示します。

1. About this policy

BashoMap collects, stores, and uses information as reasonably necessary to provide map, search, posting, review, and account features. This page describes the current handling based on the service as implemented today.

2. Information we collect and store

Stored in your browser or device

• Anonymous client identifier
• Favorites data
• View history (roughly up to 30 items)
• Language preference
• Cookie consent settings
• Local itinerary data, search history, and recently viewed country data

Stored for account features

• Email address
• Firebase Authentication user ID (`uid`)
• Authentication provider information
• Email verification state
• Minimal profile information such as account creation and last sign-in timestamps

Note: BashoMap does not store your raw password in Firestore. Password handling is managed by Firebase Authentication.

Sent when you use features

• Review submissions: nickname, comment, rating, related images, timestamps, and related spot data
• Spot submissions: country, coordinates, names, descriptions, address, URL, categories, and related identifiers
• Edit suggestions: suggestion type, proposed value, comment, and target spot information
• Search API requests: query, category, language, country, and location only when needed
• Technical logs, anonymous identifiers, and error logs used to protect and operate the service

3. Purposes

• To provide map, search, favorites, itinerary, posting, and review features
• To create and manage user accounts, keep sign-in state, and protect gated actions
• To prevent abuse, spam, and fraud, and to support moderation and quality operations
• To improve usability through favorites, itineraries, recent countries, and search history
• To analyze errors, improve performance, and operate the service

4. Cookies and browser storage

NecessaryWe use browser storage needed for core BashoMap functions, including language preference, cookie settings, local favorites, and itineraries.

Analytics and advertisingAnalytics or advertising-related cookies are used only with consent. Analytics tags are managed with denied-by-default consent mode.

When rejectedRejecting non-essential categories does not block core features such as map display, search, favorites, and posting.

5. Service providers and infrastructure

BashoMap uses external cloud and infrastructure providers to operate the service. At the current stage, these mainly include:

• Google Firebase Authentication
• Google Firebase Firestore
• Google Firebase Storage
• Cloud Functions
• Cloudflare Workers / CDN / R2

These providers may process authentication, data storage, image delivery, API proxying, caching, and technical logging as part of service operation.

6. Third-party handling and international transfer

BashoMap does not sell personal data without your consent, except where required by law.

However, because the service relies on external cloud infrastructure, personal data or technical information may be processed or stored on systems operated by providers, including systems outside Japan. BashoMap aims to apply reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service.

7. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. We aim to delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.

We use reasonable security measures such as access control, authentication, rules configuration, and operational monitoring. However, no internet transmission or cloud storage method can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

8. Your choices

• You can change cookie settings from the on-screen Cookie settings control
• Local favorites or itineraries may be removed if browser storage is cleared
• If you use an account, you can sign in and sign out

9. Children's privacy

BashoMap is not primarily directed to age groups that require special parental consent under applicable law. If a parent or guardian believes a minor has provided personal data inappropriately, please contact us.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as features, laws, or operations change. When material changes are made, we will update the date shown on this page.
